Key Skills / Requirements
- A B.Ed or PGCE (NQF Level 7); Honours degree in Education is a strong advantage
- Minimum of 5 years\' experience as a Phase Head or Deputy Head in a primary education setting
- SACE registration (valid certificate required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, administration systems, and school financial processes
- Must be tech-savvy with an eye for modern educational tools
- Strong communication, planning, problem-solving, and mentoring skills
- Willingness to work extended hours and travel when necessary

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Lead the academic, operational, and financial performance of the Primary School

Develop and implement strategic business plans aligned to learner targets and growth

Manage budgets, enrolments, marketing support, and ensure school-wide compliance

Drive curriculum planning, quality teaching, and assessment in line with Curro\'s educational vision

Maintain strong brand presence and foster parent and community relationships

Oversee discipline, pastoral care, and academic interventions

Play an active teaching role in the Foundation and Intermediate Phase

The successful candidate will start on 1 June 2025
